Pallet boards and beams
Pallet boards and beams are used for production of pallets, crates, covers of various applications and other production.
Pallet boards and beams can be produced from various timber according to customer’s request:
- Conifer wood (pine, spruce)
- Hardwood (asp, alder, birch)
We can supply our production dried and, on customer’s request, we can supply it impregnated, calibrated or milled.
Before delivering the production to the customer it is thoroughly checked by our quality controller.
Production is packed into standard transportation pallets or it can be packed according to customer’s request.
Packing boards of various sizes
Main thickness: 15, 18, 22mm
Width: 50-150mm
Main lengths: 600 – 5000 mm
1-st quality requirements:
fresh cutting conifers or leaf woods, without black colour (blue stains are allowed till 20%), right angles, without bark, neither rot, splits, mould, and any insect damage.
Sawing tolerance: thickness: +1/-1mm, width: +2/-1mm, length: -2/+0mm.
2-nd quality requirements:
No rot and splits, wanes are allowed till 1/3 of thickness and width, regular saw measures.
